The Madison County Development Council

The Madison County Development Council (MCDC) serves as the economic development arm of the Board of County Commissioners. The MCDC is comprised of members representing business, education, government, tourism, and others from Madison County's communities.

MCDC MISSION:
The mission of the Madison County Development Council is to serve as a catalyst for the county to collaborate with partners to improve quality of life and promote opportunities for all residents by creating a diversified, vibrant, and sustainable economy through the support, retention and expansion of local businesses, and recruitment of new businesses, while enhancing our rural character and sense of community.
