CareerSource North Florida brings employers together with jobseekers in North Florida, specifically in the six county region of Madison, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Suwannee and Taylor counties. CSNF is part of a statewide network of career centers.  Services are delivered through the regional Career Center in Madison and the daily deployment of mobile career labs throughout the six-county area CSNF serves.

The mission of CareerSource North Florida is to provide businesses in the region with a well-trained workforce and to improve employability for the workers in North Florida, to promote individual economic self-sufficiency and to meet the changing demands of the labor market.  To accomplish our mission we forge working relationships with local communities, elected officials, business, labor and education leaders to improve workforce education, employment and training opportunities.

CareerSource North Florida offers career services to jobseekers, such as job postings, resume assistance, interview tips, workshops, job matching and intensive jobseeker assistance (some programs have specific eligibility criteria).

Employer Services Representatives assist employers with job posting, candidate recruiting, rapid response (in the event of a layoff or mass hiring), and provide information on training programs and training funds.

CareerSource North Florida uses Employ Florida ( as its premier labor exchange system. Utilizing Employ Florida, a job seeker can create and post a resume, manage job search activities, be referred to and apply for jobs, and complete interest and values assessments.   Employers can post jobs, search for jobseekers with specific skills and find labor market information.
